OpticNat

45 Capsules

Vision is one of the five senses of the human being. As such, it is essential that the ocular system remains healthy and running smoothly.lt is then necessary to have some note behavioral habits (UV exposure) as well as to ensure a correct feeding the intake of substances important to the visual acuity. However, it is not always possible to do so only through food. The OpticNat is a dietary supplement specially designed for eye health.lt is a very complete product, given its composition, and extremely effective in preventing and solving visual problems.lt is particularly useful against myopia, cataracts and age related macular degeneration (ARMD). The OpticNat comprises Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), grape (Vitis vinifera), Lutein, Zeaxanthin, DL-a-tocopherol (Vitamin E), L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Rutin, selenium and zinc.

Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus)

The Cranberry or Blueberry has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties conferred by anthocyanosides. The oligomeric procyanidins (OPC) inhibit the destruction of collagen, increasing the resistance of blood vessels, particularly capillaries. Occurs, then an improvement of microcirculation, contributing to the regeneration of the vascular layer of the retina and increasing visual acuity. It is also useful in cases of venous insufficiency, strokes and varicose veins. According to some studies, the Bilberry is a plant that has the greatest effect on vision.Prevents retinal degeneration and is useful in maintaining normal visual function and very effective against vision problems such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, myopia, AMD, relieving eyestrain and poor night vision. The antocinosidos have the ability to protect rhodopsin (a protein essential for night vision), favoring its regeneration and maintaining their concentration. Its tannin content gives it an astringent action (anti-diarrheal, hemostatic local) and antiseptic.

Grapevine (Vitis vinifera)

The Vine extract has powerful natural antioxidants, including polyphenols compounds (anthocyanosides, flavonoids, resveratrol) and tannins. Due to its content of oligomeric procyanidins (OPC), has an important anti-inflammatory and anticancer being effective against many diseases such as cancer, inflammatory disorders originating, heart disease, high cholesterol and vision problems (cataracts, for example). Moreover, are also useful in cases of vascular disease, since they contribute to the improvement of peripheral blood circulation by increasing the blood vessel resistance and decrease capillary permeability. Among those problems and microvascular retinopathy. Resveratrol increases the capacity of inhibiting the development of certain tumors, reduction of blood fats and prevention of some diseases, especially in terms of visual function. Vitis vinifera is an action venotonica, vasoprotetora and diuretic.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin

Are carotenoids, natural pigments, yellow that are in some plants, algae and photosynthetic bacteria.Act as accessory pigments, filtering the sunlight (blue and near UV) and protecting organisms from harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) and oxygen. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high quantities in the human eye, specifically the "macula lutea" and lens, which tend to decrease over the years, leaving them more exposed to diseases. Performing thus a protective action against the related macular degeneration (ARMD) and against the development of cataracts. Also confer protection against some forms of cancer degeneration due to their antioxidant properties. The simultaneous presence of these two substances is crucial to maintain eye health.

DL-a-tocopherol (Vitamin E)

Phototoxicity of UV results in oxidative reactions, with consequent denaturation of proteins and the formation of free radicals. Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant which gives effective protection against injuries caused by UV radiation. Similarly to this type of radiation can damage the skin, also can cause or enhance problems and eye diseases. Damage can occur in the cornea (keratitis photo, opacity, superficial burns), the lens (cataracts and decreased vision) or retina (change in perception of colors, cataracts, impaired vision, intraocular hemorrhage). Although it is rare to happen, melanocyte lesions of the conjunctiva may even develop into malignant tumors. AMD also benefits from the action of this vitamin. Thus, the Vitamin E plays a very important role in protecting against diseases at the level of vision. This vitamin is also an active role in the prevention of aging, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Confers protection against cardiovascular disease and prevents the formation of blood clots.lt also presents anticoagulant action, neuro protective, anti-proliferative, immunomodulatory and antiviral.

L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

Vitamin C strengthens the immune system and has antioxidant, providing protection against numerous diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disease and visual (protects against possible damage resulting from exposure to UV radiation). This vitamin works synergistically with vitamin E to eliminate free radicals, since regenerates the antioxidant potential of the same. It has an anticancer, antihypertensive, antiviral, immunomodulatory and anti-histamine.

Rutina

It is an important bioflavonoid, comprising quercetin and rutinosido with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties (protects the eye from harmful effects caused by UV rays). This compound provides protection to blood vessels. Prevents its fragility (especially capillaries), increasing the resistance of its walls and thus reduce the permeability of same. Visual problems may occur as a result of poor blood circulation in the eye. This becomes especially important for diabetics, because they have generally poor blood circulation, may lead to diabetic retinopathy, for example. The Rutina thus acquires great relevance for the protection and maintenance of visual acuity. It is useful for treating frequent bleeding, bruising, varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Displays anti thrombotic activity, cytoprotective and anticancer.

Selenium and Zinc

Zinc and Selenium are important minerals for vision. Both have antioxidant activity, which is very useful for the protection of the ocular structures and maintaining their health and functioning. The antioxidant power of Selenium is reinforced by the presence of Vitamin E. These substances with synergistic action, contribute to the prevention of cell aging and visual disorders. Selenium has anticancer and immunomodulatory activity. Also participates in many metabolic processes in the human organism. The deficit of selenium may compromise the defenses at the level of vision. Zinc participates in the conversion of vitamin A retinoic acid. Presents an immunomodulating action and it is important to treat lesions.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.

This product is well tolerated by diabetics.
