AntiOxi Nat

20 Ampoules

An antioxidant is a molecule with the ability to inhibit the oxidation of another molecule, helping to combat free radicals, highly reactive molecules which form on the body during normal metabolic processes or in the presence of external agents such as tobacco, air pollution, UV, alcohol and various drugs. Free radicals have been shown to be responsible for premature aging and by numerous diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases and neurodegenerative diseases and certain cancers. The preferred targets of free radicals are proteins, lipids (lipid peroxidation leading to formation of atheromatous plaques and thus the onset of atherosclerosis) and DNA (the possibility of mutations in the DNA of cells). To destroy free radicals are endogenous antioxidants (which are produced inside our body), such as superoxide dis- mutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase and exogenous factors, including vitamins A, C, E, selenium, zinc, copper, manganese, beta carotene, polyphenols, bioflavonoids, lycopene, anthocyanins, catechins.

There are certain situations in which the endogenous defense mechanisms are not enough to combat free radicals, becoming therefore necessary and fundamental intake of food supplements with antioxidant action. The interest in the properties of antioxidants has been rising, because it has been verified by numerous studies, the use of antioxidants is very effective in combating oxidative stress (imbalance between the amount of free radicals present in the human body and its ability defense in relation to them) in this disease. Thus, the properties of antioxidants have proved increasingly important, arousing much interest in the investigation of certain pathologies. This product incorporates various constituents in their composition with a strong antioxidant, such as grapeseed (Vitis vinifera), the bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), goji (Lycium barbarum), echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), carotenoids (lutein and zeaxanthin), vitamins (C and E) and a bioflavonoid (Troxerutin).

Grapeseed (Vitis vinifera)

The grapessed extract consists of important antioxidants such as tannins and anthocyanosides, flavonoids and resveratrol (phenolic compounds). The oligomeric procyanidins (OPC) give you several medicinal properties, demonstrating the anti-inflammatory and anticancer and ability to improve blood circulation. Thus Grainha Grape has efficacy against cancer, diseases with inflammatory origin, heart and vascular diseases, eye problems, high cholesterol, viral infections, among many other diseases. Resveratrol inhibits tumor growth and reduces existing amount of fats in the bloodstream. The grapessed is also very important to the health and integrity of the skin, helping to slow your aging and enhance its beauty.

Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus)

The Cranberry or Blueberry is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. The oligomeric procyanidins (OPC) existing in its formation inhibits the destruction of collagen, increasing the resist¬ ance of blood vessels, particularly capillaries. It is then useful in cases of venous insufficiency, stroke, varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Its astringent due to tannins content, allows you to control diarrhea. The Cranberry has a very beneficial effect in terms of vision, preventing retinal degeneration (glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, myopia and poor night vision). It also allows the reduction of elevated blood glucose levels.

Goji (Lycium barbarum)

The Goji fruit of the plant Lycium barbarum, has a composition very rich in nutrients. It comprises 18 amino acids (including those essential to the human body 8) 21 Minerals (where stand copper, iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus and selenium), vitamin B complex, vitamin C, polysaccharides, carotenes, zeaxanthin, betaine , cerebrosides, p-sitosterol and p-coumaric acid. It has remarkable antioxidant properties, mainly due to its content of polysaccharides. With antioxidant and anticancer allows the strengthening of the immune system, conferring protection against diseas¬ es of the cardiovascular system, nervous system (cerebrosides) of vision (carotene and zeaxanthin), liver and kidney. It also has an anti-inflammatory (P-sitosterol) and anti aging.

Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia)

The Echinacea contains anthocyanosides (compounds with high antioxidant power), acting therefore a strong action against free radicals. This is a plant which stimulates the immune system by increasing the defenses of the human organism. This makes it is more protected against infections caused by bacteria, viruses or fungi. Furthermore, Echinacea is anti-inflammatory, digestive coleretica (increases bile secretion), sialagoga (stimulates the secretion of saliva) and favors the healing of wounds.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin

Are carotenoids, natural pigments, yellow that are in some plants, algae and photosynthetic bacteria. Act as accessory pigments, filtering the sunlight (blue and near UV) and protecting organisms from harmful effects of UV rays and oxygen. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in elevated amounts in the human eye, more specifically "macula lutea" and the lens. Performing thus a protective action against the related macular degeneration (ARMD) and against the development of cataracts. Also confer protection against some forms of cancer degeneration due to their antioxidant properties.

L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

Vitamin C (water) strengthens the immune system and has antioxidant, providing protection against numerous diseases, including cancer and diseases cardiovasculares. This vitamin works synergistically with Vitamin E to eliminate free radicals, since it regenerates the antioxidant potential thereof.

DL-alpha Tocopheryl (Vitamin E)

Vitamin E (fat-soluble) is an antioxidant, it protects the cell membranes against lipoperoxidation process, protecting, in turn, the entire contents of harmful intracellular action livres.Impede radical formation of toxic products resulting from the reaction of oxidation occurring in organismo. Protection against cardiovascular disease because it decreases the harmful effects of LDL-cholesterol ("bad") cholesterol and prevents blood clots from forming sangufneos. Tern an active role in preventing aging, cancer and neuro degenerative. It also presents anticoagulant action, neuro protective, anti-proliferative, immunomodulatory and antiviral.

Troxerutin

It is composed of one bioflavonoid quercetin and rutinosido. It is found in many vegetables particularly in Fagopyrum esculentum (buckwheat), black tea and apple peel. It has an antioxidant and is also anti-inflammatory, anticancer, anti thrombotic, cytoprotective and vasoprotetora.
